To make a real impact in this role, you should have strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). We're also looking for someone with knowledge of monitoring tools (like Datadog and New Relic), CI/CD pipelines, and automation. If you're familiar with microservices architecture and have some tricks up your sleeve for performance optimization, that's even better!
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and scaling our client's infrastructure, especially during those crazy high-traffic periods. You'll be working with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform on a daily basis, and you'll need to be comfortable with major cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Monitoring tools will be your best friends, and you'll be expected to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate tasks where possible. Lastly, you'll be involved in working with microservices architecture and will be responsible for performance optimization.
