Demand Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Demand Marketing Manager who thrives on turning smart strategy into measurable pipeline results. In this role, you’ll own the performance of one or more demand generation channels and lead quarterly campaign planning that directly influences revenue. You’ll balance strategy and execution, collaborate closely with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing, and use data to continuously optimize how we reach and engage the right customers.What You’ll Do:Build and execute quarterly demand generation plans across channels such as email, paid media, SEO, social, and eventsOwn the performance of one or more demand channels, optimizing for pipeline contribution, pacing, and ROIManage channel budgets, forecast performance, and ensure spend aligns with approved brand and campaign allocationsPartner with freelancers or vendors to support campaign execution and deliveryLead A/B testing and conversion optimization for ads, landing pages, and lead magnetsWork closely with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing to align on campaign goals, lead follow-up, and downstream pipeline impactAnalyze campaign performance using metrics like MQL-to-opportunity conversion, ROAS, and landing page conversion rate, and translate insights into actionCollaborate with Operations, Content, Web, and Product Marketing to deliver integrated campaignsUse AI-powered tools to support budget modeling, bid optimization, and creative testingTravel up to 10% as neededWhat You Bring:Deep expertise in at least one demand generation channel (paid media, SEO, email, or events), with clear examples of performance impactStrong analytical skills and comfort working with pipeline-level metrics, not just top-of-funnel activityA collaborative mindset and experience working closely with Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, and external partnersConfidence managing budgets, vendors, and competing prioritiesClear, thoughtful written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-moving environmentExperience & Education We're Looking For:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience3–5 years of experience in B2B marketingAt least 2 years in a demand generation-focused rolePreferredBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketingHands-on experience running integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline resultsExperience in the fitness or wellness industry
