As our marketing working student, you’ll work side-by-side with our founder and growth team, taking on high-impact projects that will directly shape our commercial success. Your focus: cracking the linkedin game, discovering and scaling new growth channels, help drive international expansion, and automating whatever is possbile. You’ll be hands-on where it matters most. This is your chance to be part entrepreneur, part growth hacker—and to help build a category-defining company from the ground up. Aufgaben Understand and crack the LinkedIn game: research, test, iterate, and document what drives reach, engagement, and inbound Create and ship content: post drafts, carousels, short videos, comments, and founder/employee content Use and test the newest AI tools for marketing Build a weekly content engine: themes, hooks, formats, posting schedule, repurposing Analyze performance and run experiments (A/B tests on hooks, formats, topics, timing) Explore new channels Qualifikation You’re obsessed with Technology and Marketing and how content spreads (and you’re excited to prove it with experiments) 1-2+ years relevant work experience (We care more about your willingness to learn and your results than we do about your CV) Fluent in German (!) and English Analytical mindset + taste for good content (hooks, structure, clarity) Reliable execution: you ship consistently and improve fast Bonus: basic design/video skills (Figma/Canva/CapCut), familiarity with B2B SaaS Benefits What you get Fast growing startup culture Remote Full-Time position Salary range: € 21-25.5k / year Yearly team off-sites with the team somewhere in Europe High-quality equipment with MacBook & newest tools An environment that will challenge and help you grow like never before!
