Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the role.
