Job Summary


We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities


- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Educate and empower clients to prevent future issues
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution


Requirements


- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay


- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Expected hours: no less than 40 per week
