- Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: inbound and outbound call center, Chat, Call, Email, and Social Media
- Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
- Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
- Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
- Follow a high-security level of customer data confidentiality
- Follow company standards in customer service
- Proper knowledge of the Company's products/services/promotions/standards.
Required qualifications:
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, both spoken and written skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
