As a Customer Service Specialist, we need you to:

• Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: inbound and outbound call center, Chat, Email, Social Media


• Provide customers with data regarding new and existing services/campaigns


• Register customer problems and requests correctly and accurately


• Verify any kind of information related to subscribers


• Follow a high level of customer data confidentiality


• Follow company standards in customer service


• Proper knowledge of Company products/services/promotions/standards.

We need you to have:

• Fluent Armenian (spoken and written); Russian and English are a plus


• Excellent communication skills


• Multitasking skills


• Stress tolerance


• Adaptive to changes
