The Role:
As a Campaign Manager, you play a central role in shaping and optimizing the player experience within Betty Canada’s Live Ops team. You will design, execute, and analyze campaigns that drive retention, engagement, and monetization - ensuring every touchpoint feels rewarding, timely, and player-focused. By combining data insights, player behavior understanding, and competitive awareness, you will help deliver a best-in-class player experience.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and steer a promotion strategy that harmonizes player expectations with business objectives

  • Lead day-to-day execution of offers, campaigns, and live events, ensuring strong performance against targets

  • Drive the tactical implementation and rollout of campaigns, journeys, communication and product feature support in line with quarterly plans

  • Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention, engagement, and monetisation

  • Tailor promotions to deliver the right message, to the right segment, at the right time

  • Collaborate with Product and LiveOps teams to innovate on personalization, segmentation, feature development and automation capabilities.

  • Work closely with the Head of LiveOps to align strategy, report results, and share insights with the wider team.

  • Share learnings, propose improvements, and bring a test-and-learn culture to daily operations.



Requirements:



  • Strong knowledge of the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games)

  • Robust analytical skills with a data-first mindset, prioritizing metrics-driven approaches to decision-making.

  • Comfortable taking calculated risks and effectively communicating lessons.

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - able to express ideas clearly and consider multiple perspectives.

  • Good understanding of the product, finance and/or marketing areas
