Join us as we redefine the standards of digital asset trading and bring true freedom and reliability to the crypto world.As we expand globally, we’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own user retention, engagement, and reactivation across Freedx’s communication channels. You’ll manage CleverTap campaigns, design email and push journeys, and segment users to deliver personalized experiences that drive activity and loyalty. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone passionate about data-driven lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.What You'll DoBuild and manage all lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivationManage complete setup and maintenance of all email communications including templates, routing, deliverability, and complianceOwn segmentation logic using KYC level, activity status, product usage, user value tiers, and behavioral triggersCreate and optimize automated workflows that drive consistent user engagementDevelop reactivation and churn reduction strategies including churn calculation frameworks and reengagement flowsDefine the hierarchy of communication channels across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in app messagingManage CRM hygiene including sender reputation, anti-spam controls, and template QABuild A B tests to optimize messaging, timing, content, and deliveryWork with Product and Data to ensure accurate event tracking and CRM data mappingProduce weekly CRM campaigns that align with product updates, promotions, and marketing activationsReport on lifecycle metrics including activation, retention, churn, and campaign performanceCollaborate with Growth to ensure CRM supports acquisition cohorts and funnelsMaintain a high cadence of execution in a fast-moving environment 3-6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketingStrong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as CleverTapFull understanding of lifecycle logic including onboarding sequences, activation scoring, and behavior based triggersStrong background in segmentation, funnel analysis, and user cohortsDemonstrated ability to set up and manage email systems including deliverability, anti spam, and template qualityHands on experience with reactivation campaigns and churn analysisKnowledge of mobile attribution and event based trackingExcellent written communication and attention to detailAbility to operate independently with ownership over CRM end to endExperience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or high frequency digital products is preferred Remote-first flexibility and ownership over a core growth channel.Flexible payment options — choose to be paid in traditional currency or cryptocurrency.High-impact environment where your work directly improves user retention and engagement.Collaboration with experienced leaders across product, growth, and operations.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Freedx is an equal opportunity employer.
