As a CRM Promotions Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting on CRM promotional performance along with forecasting and budgeting CRM generosity and finding efficiencies for the business.
You will focus on our promotional performance and analyzing each offer to determine performance against KPIs. You will also report on bonus spend versus budget and forecasting future bonus spend to ensure budget is met. You will storytell to the broader business on the performance of offers including ROI and KPIs.
As a self-motivated, proactive, and data-centric individual, you will demonstrate a results-driven approach with proven data analytics capabilities and a knack for using data to inform strategy and story tell on performance.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
