Creative Marketing SpecialistDepartment: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Operations Manager Location: AlarMax Distributors Corporate Office - Pittsburgh, PA        Note:   This can be a hybrid position or remote based on your location FLSA Status: ExemptPosition SummaryAlarMax Distributors is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Creative Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our national branch network. This role will be responsible for developing compelling visual content, managing email marketing campaigns, supporting vendor marketing programs, and creating internal communications and branding materials that strengthen both the employee and customer experience.The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong graphic design skills who can transform ideas into impactful marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This individual will play a key role in supporting AlarMax's mission, vendor partnerships, sales growth initiatives, and people-first culture.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative DevelopmentDesign and develop marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, sales sheets, signage, digital advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.Create visual assets for vendor promotions, branch campaigns, events, product launches, and sales initiatives.Develop graphics for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.Maintain and strengthen the AlarMax brand standards across all marketing materials.Support digital ,photography, video content, and multimedia projects as needed.Email Marketing & Campaign ExecutionCreate, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting customers, vendors, and employees.Design email templates and graphics that drive engagement and support company initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on open rates, click-through rates ,A/B testing ,and overall effectiveness.Work with sales, vendor partners, and leadership teams to develop campaign messaging and promotional calendars.Vendor Marketing ProgramsSupport the execution of vendor-funded marketing programs and MDF initiatives.Create promotional materials and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth for strategic vendor partners.Coordinate with vendor marketing teams to ensure branding and program requirements are met.Assist with vendor events, product launches, and promotional campaigns across the branch network.Internal Communications & Employee EngagementDesign materials supporting internal programs ,including Annual Sales Kick Off, President's Circle, Core Values initiatives, employee recognition programs, training programs, and company-wide communications.Create presentations, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials that reinforce AlarMax culture and values.Support internal branding initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational alignment.Marketing Operations SupportMaintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials remain current and organized.Collaborate with Marketing Operations to manage project timelines and campaign execution.Support trade shows, branch events, customer appreciation events, and Sales Kick Off.Assist in maintaining consistency across digital and print marketing platforms.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, creative services, or related discipline.Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives preferred.Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects.Technical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with email marketing platforms(Mail Chimp, White Cup)and campaign management tools.Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing best practices.Core CompetenciesCreativity and visual storytellingStrong written and verbal communicationAttention to detail and organizationProject management and time managementCollaboration and teamworkCustomer-first mindsetContinuous improvement mentalityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy AlarMaxAt AlarMax, our mission is guided by our people.
