We are scaling aggressively through paid social — particularly Meta — and we are looking for a performance-driven Creative Marketing Manager to lead our creative testing engine.This is not a “post and hope” marketing role.This is about building a machine that systematically tests, optimizes, and scales winning creatives.If you understand that great ads are engineered — not guessed — this role is for youWhat you'll own1. Meta Creative Testing & ScalingLead the entire creative testing process inside Meta Ads ManagerLaunch structured testing campaigns weeklyAnalyze performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb stop ratio, CPA, ROAS)Kill underperformers quickly and scale winners decisivelyContinuously refresh creative angles to avoid fatigue2. UGC & Creator PipelineSource and recruit high-quality UGC creatorsWrite clear, performance-driven briefsManage creator deliverables and timelinesEnsure a steady weekly flow of fresh ad creatives3. Performance Analysis & OptimizationDeliver weekly performance breakdowns with clear insightsIdentify patterns in winning hooks, formats, and messagingTurn data into actionable creative directionWork directly with the Founder to align growth strategyYour performance will be measured by results — not activity. You Are:Someone who has 3–5 years in digital marketing and done with roles where someone else makes all the callsHighly confident inside Meta Ads ManagerGenuinely excited by fashion, lingerie, and brands with a point of viewFast. Decisive. Comfortable killing an underperforming ad without losing sleep over itYou are not:A social media manager who also "does ads"Looking for a role where someone tells you what to test each weekTools & Technical Requirements:Core Tools:Meta Ads ManagerInstagram & Facebook ad ecosystemsCapCut (or similar video editing tools)Later (or similar scheduling tools)Bonus Experience With:KlaviyoMotion / AtriaAI creative tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Pippit)Adobe Photoshop Compensation & Working SetupFull-time, fully remoteSome overlap with Melbourne (AEST) required for weekly check-insDirect reporting line to the Founder
