This role sits at the center of content execution. You’ll translate top-down strategy into clear editorial priorities, content programs, and social execution, while ensuring content is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with business goals.You’ll manage our content calendar, lead content and social execution across two brands, and line-manage key roles including SEO and copywriting.What You’ll OwnContent Strategy (Tactical)Translate company and marketing strategy into executable content and social plansDefine quarterly content programs and editorial themesBalance content across campaign and launch content, SEO-driven content, Thought leadership and executive contentEditorial Planning & GovernanceOwn the master content and social calendar across Time Doctor and Running RemotePrioritize requests from Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Storytelling, and CampaignsMake clear calls on what ships, what gets deprioritized, and when content goes liveContent ExecutionOwn content execution across Website, Blog, Social media and Supporting distribution channels (email and amplification)Own website and blog content strategy and execution, including content tied to campaigns, launches, and thought leadershipEnsure website content is aligned with positioning and GTM priorities and maintained and iterated over timeManage social strategy and executionEnsure all content created is clear, consistent, and aligns with brand tone, positioning, and audience expectations GEO/SEO CollaborationLine-manage the SEO ManagerEnsure content planning and briefs support SEO and AI-driven discoverabilityCollaborate closely with SEO to integrate priorities into the editorial roadmap (SEO and GEO KPIs are owned by the SEO Manager, not this role)Content Operations & QualityOwn content briefing frameworks and editorial standardsManage in-house and freelance copy resourcesReview and approve content briefs and final outputsOversee publishing workflows and QA processesPerformance & ReportingTrack and report on Content output and cadence, Engagement and traffic trends and Content contribution to pipeline (in partnership with Demand Gen and RevOps)Use insights to inform iteration and prioritizationWhat We’re Looking For5+ years experience in Content Marketing in B2B SaaS. Experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Tech a bonusExperience owning editorial calendars and content prioritizationStrong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content discoverabilityProven experience managing writers, freelancers, or SEO partnersComfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Demand, and BrandStrong editorial judgement and ability to say “no” when neededExperience owning or contributing to social strategyData-informed mindset with the ability to connect content to business impactComfort balancing strategy with hands-on executionStrong judgment around prioritization and content qualityNice to HaveExperience supporting thought leadership or executive contentExposure to multi-brand content strategiesFamiliarity with AI-driven search, GEO, or content optimization trendsOur Hiring Approach This is a full-time, 100% remote role, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere.
