About the roleMedicom Technologies is seeking a Content Marketing & Growth Manager to own our content strategy and execution while translating high-quality storytelling into measurable demand, pipeline support, and product adoption.This role is ideal for a strong content marketer who thinks beyond creation—someone who understands how content fuels brand awareness, customer education, and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content across channels and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to turn that content into effective demand generation initiatives.Content is the engine. Demand generation is the outcome.What you'll doContent Strategy & ProductionOwn Medicom’s content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to brand, product, and revenue goalsProduce high-quality written content, including:Blogs, guides, white papers, and case studiesEmail copy for campaigns, newsletters, and product communicationsProduct documentation, educational resources, and enablement materialsDevelop clear, compelling storytelling that communicates Medicom’s value to healthcare organizations and stakeholdersMaintain consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channelsDemand Generation & Campaign SupportTranslate content into demand generation assets and campaigns, including:Gated content and lead nurture programsSales and Customer Success enablement materialsPartner with Sales and Customer Success to support:Pipeline generationProduct adoption and customer engagementTrack and evaluate content performance using engagement, lead, and pipeline-influenced metricsIterate on content and campaigns based on performance insightsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to surface customer insights, product updates, and success storiesSupport go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and industry education effortsEnsure content aligns with Medicom’s broader brand and growth strategyQualificationsRequired:4–7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or technologyExceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and stages of the funnelStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach—you’re comfortable owning content end-to-endStrong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience supporting demand generation or lifecycle marketing initiativesHealthcare experiencePreferred: Experience connecting content efforts to business outcomes such as engagement, leads, and pipeline supportFamiliarity with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and basic performance reportingExperience working closely with Customer Success teams to drive adoption and educationEqual Opportunity Employer StatementMedicom Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
