About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Communications & Marketing Intern to support our communications efforts and gain meaningful exposure to broader marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone excited about storytelling, brand, and how communications and marketing work together to shape how a company shows up — internally and externally.You’ll work closely with the Senior Communications Manager and collaborate across Marketing, People, and other teams, contributing to real campaigns, launches, and key company moments.We’re especially interested in candidates who are naturally curious about emerging trends and tools, including AI, and how they’re reshaping communications, content, and marketing. You don’t need to be an expert; we’re looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, asking thoughtful questions, and learning quickly. What to Expect External Communications Support external storytelling, including launches, campaigns, and media outreach efforts Conduct trendspotting and monitor industry conversations to identify timely opportunities for proactive pitching and creative angle development Draft materials for speaking opportunities and award submissions and manage key deadlines Track media coverage and contribute to reporting Internal Communications Draft and edit content for internal channels to support company updates, initiatives, and key internal moments Manage and update internal editorial calendars to ensure content is planned and delivered on time Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure clear, aligned communication Marketing & Content Help shape and execute a keystone thought leadership project Contribute to content creation across blog and social channels, as needed Support campaign execution through research, copy development, and asset coordination Explore and experiment with new tools to support research, content creation, and workflow efficiency General Support Maintain organized processes, documentation, and content libraries Support basic performance tracking and reporting across communications and marketing initiatives Contribute ideas and support special projects as needed Culminating Project As part of the internship, you’ll work on a culminating project that brings together communications and marketing strategy. This could include developing a mini-campaign, creating a strategic content series, proposing a proactive media concept, or designing an internal communications initiative.
