Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for consecutive years, we're scaling from $100M to $250M+ in revenue, with active expansion across Florida (Miami, Orlando), New York, and Texas.We're looking for a transformational, hands-on CMO to lead this next chapter of growth — someone who can build a national brand, scale a high-performing team, and turn marketing data into business results.What You'll OwnMarketing Strategy & GrowthBuild and execute a national marketing strategy that scales revenue and brand reputation across multiple states.Own the full funnel: paid media, SEO/SEM, PR, TV/radio, influencer, community outreach, and brand storytelling.Team LeadershipLead and grow a marketing team — currently 12 professionals, scaling to 15–25+ (social, digital, paid, creative, content).Hire, mentor, and build internal career pathways for top talent.Performance & AnalyticsDefine and track KPIs across all campaigns — CAC, CPL, cost-per-signed-case, and ROI.Build dashboards and reporting cadences that drive weekly/monthly strategic decisions.Multicultural & Multi-State ExpansionLocalize and adapt campaigns for Miami, Orlando, NYC, and Texas markets — including bilingual (English/Spanish) audiences.Navigate state-specific Bar/legal advertising compliance requirements.Budget & Vendor ManagementOwns annual marketing budget.Negotiate vendor/media contracts and hold partners accountable to ROI.Technology & AutomationLeverage Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-powered tools to streamline processes and scale results.Cross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with Intake, Legal Ops, and Sales to ensure the end-to-end client journey is cohesive and high-converting.Executive PartnershipSit on the Executive Leadership Team and translate marketing performance into business strategy for firm leadership.Work ArrangementMiami Lakes HQ, NYC office, or Remote (travel to FL, NY, and TX offices required as needed)QualificationsWhat You Bring10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, SVP) with 7+ direct reports and teams of 20+.Track record scaling marketing in a company that grew from $50M to $250M+, with 30%+ YoY growth.Managed $10M+ annual budgets with demonstrable ROI.Deep, full-funnel expertise: SEO, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Local Service Ads (LSA), YouTube, SEMrush, TV/radio, PR, influencer.Experience with Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools.Experience in a regulated industry (legal, healthcare, insurance, financial services) — understands compliance and reputation-driven acquisition.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).Strongly preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish, experience marketing to Hispanic/multicultural audiences, multi-state expansion experience.Willing to work on-site in Miami Lakes, or remote with travel to NY and TX offices as needed.Additional InformationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceProfessional development and continuing education supportCollaborative, growth-oriented team environmentMedical, dental & visionHospital plans401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions availableLife Insurance (Company paid Basic Life and AD&D as well as voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)Company paid short and long-term disabilityHealth & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA)Employee Assistance ProgramTuition AssistancePaid time off and paid holidaysThe Ward Law Group is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
