Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and talented Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the next phase of integrated global growth and category leadership for R+Co by unifying marketing, brand development, creative, digital, product development, packaging, and e-commerce under a single enterprise-level commercial strategy. You will hold full ownership of the DTC P&L and be responsible for strengthening profitable demand generation, elevating brand distinction, and increasing innovation velocity across markets. This role requires pairing visionary brand thinking with disciplined commercial execution to ensure breakthrough campaigns and education-driven storytelling translate into measurable financial performance.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across marketing, brand development, creative, digital, product development, packaging, and e-commerce to integrate previously distributed functions into a cohesive commercial operating model. You will strengthen performance transparency and build scalable systems aligned with a multi-year value creation horizon, reporting directly to the Brand President.REMOTE: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based in South Florida area. The position requires working in EST hours, so candidates located in the East are preferred.
