We have an integrated and scalable range of services which help our clients achieve their goals on projects of varying scope, budget, schedule, and complexity.Job Description: The Chief Corporate & Marketing Affairs Officer is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing the company’s reputation, brand, stakeholder relationships, and integrated communications strategy. This position blends marketing leadership with corporate affairs, public relations, ESG considerations, and executive advisory responsibilities to support growth, trust, and long-term business resilience.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a strategic thought partner on major business decisions, organizational change, reputational risk, and external positioning. The role is designed for a small, scaling professional services firm and requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels in a lean environment.Key Responsibilities:Reputation & Brand StewardshipSafeguard and enhance the company’s public image, credibility, and trustworthinessAct as custodian of the corporate brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and audiencesLead reputational risk assessment and response planningStakeholder Engagement & Corporate AffairsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, public agencies, industry partners, and community organizationsSupport the CEO and executive leadership in high-visibility external engagementsOversee corporate positioning related to policy, ethics, and public perceptionIntegrated Marketing & CommunicationsLead development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategiesEnsure alignment across internal communications, public relations, digital channels, and employer brandingGuide content strategy to support business development, visibility, and talent attractionStrategic AdvisoryAdvise the CEO and leadership team on communications strategy related to major initiatives, growth efforts, organizational change, and crisis situationsPartner cross-functionally to align messaging with operational and commercial prioritiesPolicy, ESG & Risk AwarenessOversee ESG positioning and related communicationsMonitor regulatory, ethical, and policy considerations that may impact the business or its reputationSupport transparent, responsible corporate practices aligned with company valuesQualifications:Senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, corporate affairs, or related fieldsDemonstrated success managing brand, reputation, and executive-level communicationsExperience advising CEOs or executive leadership teamsAbility to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a lean organizationFamiliarity with professional services, public-sector clients, or regulated environments preferredBasic Requirements:•           Degree in field or equivalent practical experience.•            7-10 years of relevant construction management experiencePreferred Qualifications:•           Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree•           Proven ability to follow through with completion How to Apply: Submit your resume via job board/or intranet.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:Fronza & Francis is an equal opportunity employer.
