Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance channel partner relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, set targets, and develop action plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver training and support to partners, enhancing their ability to promote the company's SaaS products effectively.
  • Analyze channel performance metrics and create reports to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-6 years in channel partner management within the SaaS industry.
  • Work Location: Costa Mesa, CA
  • Schedule: Standard Business Hours
  • Travel: Required within 30 miles of the home base.
  • Certifications:
    • Required: Google Analytics Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Preferred: Google Analytics Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Technology Stack: Proficiency in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Team Structure: Work as part of a specialized 3-5 person team focused on strategic growth.
