Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Channel Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Drive Sales and Growth:
- Collaborate with partners to drive sales targets through joint marketing and sales plans.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from partners to influence product development.
- Conduct Training and Development:
- Deliver sales training to partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Develop training materials and programs to enhance partner capabilities.
- Travel and Networking:
- Regular travel to nearby major cities to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in fintech or related industries.
- Location & Schedule:
- Based in Santa Monica, CA.
- Standard business hours with flexibility for travel.
- Work Environment:
- Familiarity with fintech ecosystems, including payment processors and digital banking.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with over 10 regional team members.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Required: AWS Cloud Practitioner, HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Preferred: Additional certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
