About the RoleWe’re looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to own and scale how we engage members across email and lifecycle marketing. This person will play a key role in driving enrollment, activation, and retention through highly targeted, data driven campaigns.You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time, while continuously improving performance through testing, segmentation, and automation.Email and lifecycle marketing are some of our most effective levers for driving member enrollment, engagement, and retention.This role brings the technical expertise and execution power needed to scale personalization, improve performance, and create a more seamless member experience across every touchpoint.This is a great role for someone who enjoys both the technical side of campaign execution and the strategic side of improving engagement and conversion.What You’ll DoOwn Email & Lifecycle CampaignsBuild, launch, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot and/or Customer.ioDevelop and manage automated lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retentionExecute both one off campaigns and always-on nurture flowsSegmentation & PersonalizationCreate advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and relevanceContinuously refine messaging based on member behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement dataPerformance & OptimizationTrack and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion, and engagementRun A/B tests and use data to continuously improve campaign effectivenessSupport forecasting and performance reporting for marketing and leadershipCross-Channel & CollaborationPartner with Design and Communications to deliver cohesive, high quality member experiencesCollaborate with Product and Marketing to align on communications calendar and member touchpointsIncorporate direct mail and other channels where relevant to create integrated campaignsCampaign Strategy & InnovationPropose and execute new campaign ideas, including evergreen and seasonal initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention through new channels or approachesWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketingHands on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar)Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeysExperience analyzing campaign performance and making data driven decisionsComfortable running A/B tests and translating results into actionable insightsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, and DesignNice to HaveExperience with direct mail or multi-channel campaign integrationFamiliarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulated industriesExperience supporting enrollment or member/customer engagement programsTarget compensation: up to $95,000 base salary.What you can expect at 9amHealthAt 9amHealth, you'll join the exciting environment of a startup with the stability of highly experienced founders that have successfully built a business from scratch.
