About the roleThe Channel Marketing Operations Senior Manager is responsible for leading and scaling marketing operations frameworks, driving strategic optimization of processes, and ensuring seamless execution of regional and global channel marketing initiatives.This role operates with full autonomy and strategic ownership, focusing on:Transforming operational workflows into scalable, high-impact systemsEmbedding innovation (including AI and automation) into marketing processesDriving alignment across global stakeholders, internal teams, and external partnersThe role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, requiring the ability to translate complex business needs into structured, efficient, and measurable operational modelsDay to day responsibilities1) Strategic Operations LeadershipOwn and continuously evolve global channel marketing operations frameworksIdentify opportunities to scale, standardize, and automate processes across regionsIntroduce innovative approaches (e.g., AI, workflow automation) to improve efficiency and output quality 2) Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with program sponsors, Partner Marketing teams, and key stakeholdersAct as a central point of operational alignment across internal teams and third-party agenciesTranslate strategic objectives into actionable workflows and execution plans3) Process Optimization & GovernanceLead the design, documentation, and governance of marketing processes and workflowsEnsure all documentation remains up to date, relevant, and scalableProactively identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across programs 4) Program & Campaign OperationsOversee and optimize execution of Partner Marketing Campaign (PMC) processesMonitor campaign performance and utilization, providing insights and recommendationsEnsure consistent delivery standards across all channel marketing initiatives5) Agency & Vendor ManagementOwn relationships with localization, demand gen, content creation and other relevant third-party agenciesOptimize localization, approvals and other workflows to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiencyEnsure external partners are aligned with operational standards and SLAs approved by the client6) Operational Delivery OversightOversee execution of key operational tasks, including: AV ticket creation and management in SFDCEvent promotion via social platforms and web channelsChannel portal and PMC content updates7) Reporting, Insights & Continuous ImprovementDefine and evolve reporting frameworks for campaign performance and operational KPIsProvide actionable insights to improve program impact and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement cycles across all operational workflows 8) Leadership & Capability BuildingProvide guidance and direction to operational team members or junior roles (if applicable)Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementAct as a thought partner to leadership on operational strategy and transformation Maintain a commercial mindset that helps us understand the client evolving needs where TCC can support providing additional servicesWhat we valueStrategic mindset with operational depth Ability to move beyond execution to redesign and scale processes globallyInnovation & forward-thinking approach Proactively introduces automation, AI, and new ways of working and tools to increase efficiency Autonomy & ownershipOperates independently with full accountability for outcomes and decisionsStakeholder influence Strong ability to align senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaborationProcess excellence & attention to detail Ensures high-quality documentation, data governance and accuracy, and execution standardsProblem-solving & proactivity Anticipates challenges, removes blockers, and drives continuous improvementExecution under pressure Manages multiple priorities while meeting strict SLAs and deadlinesBenefits:• 35 hours of work per week• Generous Holiday package + National bank holidays• Opportunity to join a growing business with lots of opportunities to influence.• 100% Remote working.
