We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.The RoleCrimson Education Canada is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting sales through targeted, regionally relevant marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.Working closely with the Canada Country Manager and the Canadian sales team — and alongside fellow marketing team members from Crimson USA — you will lead and execute a wide range of revenue-generating initiatives—from digital campaigns and webinars to live school events, parent seminars, and large-scale education expos. This role requires a deep understanding of the Canadian market, domestic travel, and a passion for creating compelling and effective marketing experiences. You will also be a visible representative of the brand in Canada, leading presentations and engaging directly with potential partners.What are the main responsibilities for this role?Strategize and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to increase lead volume and drive consultation bookings with prospective parent clientsBuild and manage a marketing calendar tailored to Canadian families and aligned with Crimson’s global strategyDevelop and manage digital and content marketing initiatives, including blogs, ebooks, ads, webinars, case studies, and email campaignsPlan and execute live and virtual events across Canada—including school presentations, education expos, and Crimson-hosted parent eventsRepresent Crimson in webinars and at live events, presenting confidently and engagingly to parents and studentsIdentify and build relationships with potential partners such as schools, parent groups, academic organizations, and media outletsLead the execution of a Canada-specific social media strategy across platforms like WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etcMonitor performance of all marketing activities and adjust tactics based on lead and conversion metricsTravel for events, conferences, and partnership meetings (estimated 20% of the role)What skills and experience are required?Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and campaign managementA highly organized individual who thrives on managing multiple projects with attention to detailConfident public speaker and presenter—comfortable leading webinars, hosting events, and representing the brandCollaborative with strong interpersonal skills, including experience in negotiating partnershipsExperience with social media marketing and familiarity with platforms like WeChat, Meta, LinkedIn, Little Red Book etcWorking knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Storyblok, or similar is a plusStrong writing and design skillsBachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related fieldWhy work for Crimson?Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you workLimitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year$1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)!Psychologist on staffInsightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high-performing and ambitious teamRadical Candor is a feedback approach we live byWe’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe.
