About the roleZOE is growing fast and we’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.You’ll report into the General Manager for Daily 30, a senior marketing leader responsible for driving growth and brand impact across ZOE’s portfolio. While your home base sits within that team, your remit spans ZOE-wide marketing campaigns, supporting some of our most important brand, product, and commercial moments.This is a highly operational, high-impact role: you are the person who turns ideas into reality—bringing structure, pace, and clarity to how campaigns are planned, briefed, and executed across the business.You’ll combine strong project management with a marketer’s instinct for what “great” looks like, ensuring campaigns land consistently across every channel.You’ll also actively use AI tools and workflows to move faster, improve quality, and scale how we plan, create, and analyse campaigns. What you’ll be doingOwn ZOE-wide campaign deliveryRun end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across ZOE marketingOwn the “moments” calendar across brand, product, and growth initiativesBring order, pace, and accountability to multiple live campaigns at onceTurn strategy into executionTranslate marketing strategy into clear, actionable campaign plansAlign stakeholders, channel owners, and timelines into one coherent execution planWrite high-quality briefs that set teams up for excellent executionUse AI to speed up planning, structuring, and iterationDeliver across three tiers of workTier 1 – Brand-defining momentsFlagship campaigns like major brand storytelling platformsTier 2 – Commercial growth momentsGifting, Cyber 5, launches, partnerships, and key revenue driversTier 3 – Always-on coordinationEnsuring consistent messaging across organic, CRM, podcasts, and contentOrchestrate cross-functional deliveryCoordinate channel owners across Brand, Growth, Content, Product, and DesignEnsure each team has what they need—and executes to a high standardManage external partners and agencies where relevantMake campaigns come aliveCollaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality multi-channel contentSupport execution across social, email, paid, blog, and partnership assetsEnsure output is consistent with strategy and audience insightTest, scale, and experimentSupport initiatives like affiliate marketing, gifting, sampling, and partnershipsHelp assess what we build in-house vs what we outsourceIdentify opportunities to scale new growth channelsTrack performance and improveMonitor campaign performance across channelsTurn data into clear insights and actionsFeed learnings back into future campaign planningWork smarter with AIUse AI to accelerate briefing, content iteration, and analysisEmbed AI into everyday campaign workflowsContinuously improve speed, quality, and scalabilityStay sharp on what good looks likeKeep up with marketing trends, competitors, and best practiceBring strong opinions on high-quality campaign execution What you’ll bring3–5+ years in campaign or integrated marketing rolesProven experience delivering end-to-end campaigns across multiple channelsStrong project management skills with ability to juggle complexity and paceDeep understanding of digital channels (social, email, paid, content, partnerships)Strong cross-functional operator who can align multiple stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into actionExperience in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong point of view on what “great” campaign execution looks likeHighly organised, clear communicator, and execution-focusedComfortable using AI tools as part of modern marketing workflowsPassion for ZOE’s mission and interest in health, nutrition, and wellness✨ Our Hiring JourneyWe value your time.
