We are offering a full-time position no C2H or C2C. This is going to be a long-term project with a direct end client. You will be working under the payroll of PALNAR for a reputed direct end client with no layers in between. As far for PALNAR we are 27-year-old Global firm and head office is based out in Cranbury, NJ. We are cash rich and pay twice in a month. Your immigration needs will be addressed accordingly and will be given preference.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- The role will involve business requirements review, systems requirements and capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development team
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team with a focus on continuous delivery
- 5+ years’ experience in a system analyst role
- 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

- Lead and facilitate the process of gathering business requirements through interviewing or conducting group requirements session and generate detailed business requirements/stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, breaking down complex business problems by understanding the business needs, creating understanding of how digital solutions may meet those needs.
- Analyze and document current workflows, identify opportunities to meet project objectives, and make recommendations for future approaches.
- Develop user definitions, use cases and workflow diagrams to illustrate business problems.
- Actively participate in formal presentations to a variety of management levels.
- Positivity and strength in working within a high performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are key to communicating effectively with technology partners and understanding their requirements.
- Open collaboration with team members on shared items.
- You have excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle and are familiar with Agile best practices.
- Ability to adapt to unfamiliar circumstances and deliver high quality work
