Our client, a leading Third Party Logistics company in Newport Beach, CA, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and identifying new potential markets. This position is ideally situated for those living in neighboring cities such as Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, and Irvine. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain operations, contract negotiations, and RFP processes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Experience managing large logistics accounts ($5M+)
  • Proven track record of developing customized supply chain solutions
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, financial modeling, and executive presentations

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Manage large logistics accounts, ensuring optimal service and profitability
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage RFP processes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and leverage this knowledge to improve operations and service offerings

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $93,933-$108,933 per year. Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
