Our Client, a prominent third-party logistics company situated in the vibrant city of Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager. With neighboring cities like Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon, the company is ideally located in the heart of the dynamic Bay Area. This role is pivotal in developing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and identifying new market opportunities, necessitating a deep understanding of supply chain operations, contract negotiations, and RFP processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field within the logistics industry.
- Extensive experience managing large logistics accounts ($5M+)
- Proven track record of developing customized supply chain solutions.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial modeling.
- Exceptional skills in creating and delivering executive presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. An MBA would be a plus.
Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between $92,856 - $107,856 per year. Our Client also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additional benefits details will be provided during the recruitment process.
