This role sits at the center of brand execution, creative development, and campaign delivery — ensuring initiatives are launched on time, on budget, and on brand.This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized, detail-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative collaboration, and operational excellence.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $107,000/yearMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off (PTO)Paid company holidaysTuition reimbursementEmployee broadband discountsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to the following:Brand Execution & Campaign SupportExecute brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channelsTranslate brand strategy into detailed campaign briefs and project plansEnsure alignment of messaging, tone, and visual identity across initiativesCoordinate campaign rollouts across marketsCreative Development & Asset ManagementPartner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assetsManage revisions, approvals, and asset traffickingMaintain brand asset library and creative templatesEnsure all materials adhere to brand guidelinesProduction CoordinationSupport video, digital, print, broadcast, and direct mail productionManage timelines, vendor coordination, and deliverablesTrack production budgets and invoicesEnsure quality control prior to launchBrand GovernanceAct as day-to-day brand steward for internal stakeholdersReview marketing materials for brand complianceHelp maintain and update brand guidelines and toolkitsSupport training and communication around brand standardsBudget & Reporting SupportTrack brand campaign and production spendAssist in performance reporting and brand metrics trackingMaintain organized documentation for forecasting and reconciliationCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Growth Marketing to align brand creative with performance objectivesSupport Cross-Functional teams with brand assetsOther duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
