Overview

  • Position: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Tech Sales
  • Location: Long Beach, CA
  • Schedule: Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
  • Industry: Fintech - Financial Services, Payment Processors, Digital Banking
  • Team: Join a dynamic, 10+ person regional team
  • Travel: Travel within a 100-mile radius as needed
  • Training: Comprehensive Sales Development training provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the fintech industry
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute sales plans
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and sales activities
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to enhance strategic positioning
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress towards sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-1 years in sales or related field
  • Certifications:
    • Required: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Analytics Certification
    • Preferred: HubSpot Sales Software Certification
  • Technology Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
