You'll build and scale multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and fuel pipeline growth across our Health Systems, Veterans Affairs, Payor, and Partnership business lines. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and business impact—you'll create campaigns that don't just generate awareness, but convert enterprise partners and activate referrals into active care. This is a scrappy, execution-heavy role for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and measurable results. If you're a low-ego self-starter who turns strategy into action and loves seeing your work directly contribute to revenue growth, this is your opportunity.   What You'll Do Drive Pipeline & Demand Generation Execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and events that generate partnership leads and referral volume Manage campaigns end-to-end in HubSpot and Salesforce, optimizing performance and spend to hit pipeline targets Track lead progression and ensure seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales Optimize Referral Conversion (B2B2C) Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to build campaigns that convert referrals into active clients Analyze the referral funnel, identify drop-offs, and implement data-driven fixes to improve conversion rates Execute Account-Based Marketing Support 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for high-priority accounts Develop personalized messaging that deepens relationships and accelerates deals Create Sales Enablement Content Build pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and nurture templates that help Sales close deals Adapt content for enterprise partners and referral audiences Manage Events & Partnerships Own SonderMind's presence at industry conferences (Behavioral Health Tech, RISE, etc.) Coordinate sponsorships, booth logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up Execute webinars, roundtables, and co-marketing initiatives Report & Optimize Track KPIs including referral engagement, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI Present insights and recommendations to refine strategy and maximize impact   What does success look like? Seamless Sales Alignment: Establish a strong partnership with the Enterprise sales team, resulting in an efficient lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up process that improves lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.  Achieve Pipeline & Revenue Targets: Consistently meet/exceed quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue goals through successful demand gen campaigns that drive high-quality health system leads and conversions.  High-Performing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, while effectively nurturing prospects through the funnel. Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze and leverage data to refine and enhance demand generation strategies, resulting in continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness and overall growth marketing performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successfully partner with content, brand, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to create campaigns that resonate with target personas and address pain points at each stage of the partner journey.  Elevated Brand Presence: Contribute to a strong SonderMind brand presence through effective campaigns that increase awareness, market positioning, and engagement within target audiences.   Who You Are  5–7 years of experience in B2B or demand generation marketing, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or SaaS, with a demonstrated ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth. Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing channels, including  SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.  Proven ability to manage complex campaign execution, timelines, and reporting with precision and attention to detail. Adept at using data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making. Skilled at working across Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholder teams to achieve shared goals. Experience in Healthcare, Mental Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is strongly preferred. Experience marketing to health plans, health systems, payors, and physicians a plus.   Experienced with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker and campaign reporting platforms. Thrives in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholder inputs. Experience in a digital health growth-stage startup is a plus. Our Benefits  The anticipated salary range for this role is $108,000 - $120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, and past performance.
