You’ll support the product management lifecycle, helping to deliver against our roadmap while ensuring smooth operations across agile processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a product leader while contributing immediately to an organization that shapes the narrative around digital assets.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport roadmap delivery by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designersMaintain and organize JIRA boards, documentation, and product specs in accordance with team standardsHelp manage agile workflows, including running or supporting ceremonies such as standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and requirements gatheringIntake, triage, and track employee and customer-reported bugs from Slack and other channelsParticipate in QA testing and error validation to ensure product qualityTrack, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, leveraging tools such as Google AnalyticsConduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform product decisionsCommunicate progress and updates to stakeholders through weekly reports and ad hoc updatesGrowth ResponsibilitiesContribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities and recommending product enhancementsSupport and eventually lead product launches, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market coordinationBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on product objectivesConduct client and prospect calls to collect feedback and validate product directionLead internal and external product demonstrations for employees, customers, and potential clientsWhat You’ll Bring1–2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field (internships and entry-level experience considered)Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similarStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics experience preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity about digital assets and eagerness to learnBonus if you haveExperience in a crypto, media, fintech, or SaaS environmentExposure to QA testing, bug tracking, or user researchHands-on experience experimenting with AI products or integrations, especially in content, analytics, or workflow automationExperience working in a distributed, global teamWhat Success Looks LikeYou keep agile processes and documentation running smoothlyYou take ownership of key product metrics and share insights that inform decisionsYou support the launch of new features and contribute to their successYou grow into a trusted partner for product managers and cross-functional stakeholders$75,000 - $100,000 a yearWork location & AuthorizationCandidates must have the legal right to work in the country where they reside or where this role is based without sponsorship.Compensation & Benefits- We offer competitive, location-based compensation- Remote work flexibility and office stipend- Paid time off (local holiday policies respected)- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)- Flexible PTOWorking Hours & Time ZonesThis role is open to candidates in [regions or time zones].You’ll primarily collaborate with team members in [UTC offset or countries].
