Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing, this role is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing programs that help attract, engage, and convert talent across Salute’s global footprint.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for an early-career marketing professional who brings strong energy, adaptability, and attention to detail, and who is ready to own defined marketing channels and programs with minimal oversight. While the primary focus will be supporting initiatives across the Americas, the role includes collaboration with global stakeholders, particularly in EMEA, providing exposure to international marketing efforts over time. RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment & Employer Brand MarketingSupport execution of recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract and engage talent across key roles and regionsPartner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing leadership to translate hiring priorities into compelling campaigns and contentAssist in developing and evolving Salute’s employer brand across digital channels to reflect culture, mission, and career opportunitiesSocial Media & Digital Channel OwnershipOwn day-to-day execution of content across non-traditional and emerging social platforms, including X, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channelsDevelop and maintain content calendars aligned to recruitment and employer brand prioritiesMonitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance and reachWebsite & Careers Page SupportSupport rebuilding and ongoing enhancement of Salute’s Careers page and related web contentEnsure accuracy, consistency, and freshness of content across career-focused digital propertiesPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to improve candidate experienceMarketing Programs & EventsAssist with planning and execution of select marketing and recruiting events, job fairs, and brand initiativesSupport event logistics, content development, and post-event follow-upCoordinate with Global Marketing to ensure programs align with broader marketing strategyGlobal Collaboration & Program SupportCollaborate with the VP of Global Marketing and global colleagues to support consistency and shared best practicesAssist with global content coordination as needed, particularly with EMEA-based stakeholdersMaintain organized documentation, content libraries, and campaign trackers REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldStrong interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social mediaAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindsetPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSInternship or part-time experience in marketing, communications, or brandingFamiliarity with social media platforms, content tools, or analyticsInterest in global or international business environmentsSalute is an equal opportunity employer committed to celebrating diversity, creating an inclusive environment for all employees, and providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants; if you require a reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, perform essential job functions, or receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact our Human Resources department at hr@salute.com for more information. (For specific Recruitment related questions, please contact our Talent Acquisition department at recruiting@salute.com.)
