This role is responsible for driving strategic planning, competitive readiness, financialstewardship, forecast alignment and insight generation in partnership with the GIA team, and cross-The Director leads the annual Brand Plan process, competitive readiness reviews, and the Annual OperatingPlan (AoP), while partnering with GIA to inform and pressure-test forecasts and lead key Market Researchinitiatives that shape strategic decision-making, and supports Executive and Field communications. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
