This role drives peer-to-peer programs, speaker bureaus, advisory boards, and congress engagement, translating brand strategy into compliant, field-ready initiatives that increase awareness and adoption.   Core Responsibilities   HCP Marketing Execution  Develop and execute HCP-focused programs (peer events, speaker programs, education, and tools)  Align tactics with brand strategy and commercial goals  Support the development of promotional and educational materials   Speaker Bureau & Peer Programs  Manage and optimize the speaker bureau  Lead peer-to-peer education and training with key opinion leaders  Align programs with sales priorities    Advisory Boards & KOL Engagement   Plan advisory boards and gather insights   Engage ophthalmology thought leaders   Translate insights into actionable recommendations   Congress & Events  Support major congress planning and execution   Coordinate materials, logistics, and KOL engagement    Operations & Agency Management   Manage agencies and vendors  Oversee budgets, contracts, and program execution   Cross-Functional Collaboration  Partner with sales, medical, regulatory, and market access teams  Ensure compliance and support field engagement   Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor’s degree required  5-10 years pharma/biotech marketing & KOL engagement experience  Experience with HCP programs, speaker bureaus, and congresses   Strong ability to execute strategy in regulated environments   Ophthalmology or specialty pharma experience preferred   Position Type    Remote   Travel  40-50%
