DescriptionWork Location Brentwood, TNDuration Contract to hireTravel 0%How you will make a differenceAs an IT Solution Architect focused on Marketing Technologies, you will help guide the technology supporting customer engagement and digital marketing initiatives within a large retail environment. You will partner with business and technical teams to understand needs, evaluate solutions, and establish scalable approaches across the marketing technology ecosystem.In this role, you will provide technical direction throughout the solution lifecycle, from early planning and architecture through implementation and ongoing improvement. You will help shape technology roadmaps, evaluate integration approaches, identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and effectively integrated across the broader enterprise environment.You will also help identify and implement opportunities to use artificial intelligence and machine learning within the marketing technology ecosystem. This may include applying AI and ML capabilities to personalization, customer engagement, automation, analytics, decision-making, and other evolving business needs.RequirementsWhat you bring to your new team 6+ years of progressively technical experience within Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or a related technology environmentExperience designing, architecting, or providing technical direction for enterprise technology solutionsHands-on experience applying AI and/or machine learning capabilities within enterprise technology solutionsAbility to identify appropriate AI and ML use cases and incorporate those capabilities into solution architecture and technical designsUnderstanding of how AI and ML solutions interact with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, integrations, and existing technology platformsAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical approaches and solution designsExperience developing or contributing to technology roadmaps and longer-term technical strategiesStrong understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise system designExperience working across multiple systems and technical environments where integration and data are criticalAbility to evaluate technical options and clearly communicate recommendations, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholdersExperience identifying opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, and technical approachesKnowledge of service-oriented architecture and object-oriented analysis and design conceptsUnderstanding of business processes and how technology can be used to improve or support themAbility to create and maintain clear technical, architecture, and solution documentationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
