This role blends AI industry domain knowledge, AI platform strategy, and partner ecosystem experience.You will define and prioritize AI use cases across the AI landscape, identify ecosystem gaps, guide ISV partner strategy, and serve as a trusted technical and business interface to enterprise customers. Your work will directly shape how Dell enables AI adoption across horizontal core business functions such as sales, marketing, HR, operations and other functions.You Will:Own and prioritize horizontal AI use‑case and workloads spanning core business unit use cases such as sales, marketing, HR, operationsIdentify portfolio gaps and guide ISV partner strategy, including prioritization, onboarding, and ecosystem investmentsEngage directly with Enterprise and SMB customers, translating business and regulatory needs into actionable prioritiesTrack industry and regulatory trends to identify new opportunities and keep Dell’s FinTech AI ecosystem ahead of market demandLead cross‑functionally for execution across engineering, solutions, partner enablement, validation, and GTM teamsTake the First Step Toward Your Dream CareerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for with this role:Essential Requirements6+ years of experience in technical product management, AI platforms, or ecosystem strategyStrong understanding of how enterprise companies operateKnowledge of AI/ML workloads and architectures Proven experience defining use case‑case frameworks, portfolio strategy, and partner ecosystemsDemonstrated ability to engage directly with customers at a technical and business level, excellent communication and presentation skillsDesirable RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience shaping AI solutions for highly regulated industriesExperience working with AI ISVs, or regulated enterprise software ecosystems, Dell AI platforms or comparable AI infrastructure ecosystems (NVIDIA, hyperscalers, enterprise data platforms)Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
