What truly sets us apart is our people and our commitment to building “raving fans” for both our customers and our teams Position Summary Key Responsibilities Own and maintain a well-groomed, clearly prioritized product backlog aligned with overall AI product strategy Translate product vision and roadmap direction into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Serve as the primary product partner for Poland-based development teams, providing timely clarification and decision-making during their working hours Participate in and support product discovery, development ceremonies, and delivery events across global time zones Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution Maintain clear product documentation, requirements, and communication to ensure alignment across regions and teams Support the ongoing integration, enhancement, and evolution of AI-driven and Microvellum-related product initiatives Other duties assigned Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product role Experience supporting AI-enabled products, SaaS platforms, or data-driven software solutions Demonstrated experience working with distributed and international engineering teams Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of clarity and professionalism Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and ownership in a fast-paced, scaling organization Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments Preferred Qualifications Background in Woodworking, CAD, CAM, ERP, or manufacturing-focused software products Familiarity with global product organizations and cross-time-zone collaboration What Success Looks Like Engineering teams have clear priorities, requirements, and minimal blockers Backlogs are consistently refined, prioritized, and ready ahead of development cycles AI product initiatives are delivered cleanly and predictably across a growing global organization Stakeholders experience strong communication, follow-through, and trust in product execution Why you’ll love it here At INNERGY, our mission is to create raving fans, and that starts with our people.
