AI Automation Specialist

Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to join our team.

This role focuses on building, maintaining, and scaling reliable automations and AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across TotoGaming. You will turn ideas into production-grade systems using n8n, Make (and/or other automation tools) and API integrations, ensuring high reliability, strong observability, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows (CRM, content management, reporting, alerts, compliance, etc.)


• Develop and deploy AI Agents for chat, research, content creation, monitoring, and decision-support use cases


• Utilize and optimize no-code / low-code automation tools to improve operational efficiency


• Work with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to enable seamless data exchange between systems


• Manage and continuously improve AI prompts, automation logic, and decision trees


• Monitor automation performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements


• Ensure data security, reliability, and regulatory compliance, with particular attention to iGaming-specific requirements


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions


• Continuously research, test, and implement new automation tools, AI technologies and best practices


• Document automation processes, workflows, and system logic to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing


• Support ongoing optimization and expansion of existing automation and AI systems as business needs evolve

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience


• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in automation, AI solutions, or workflow engineering roles


• Strong practical experience with no-code / low-code automation platforms, such as n8n, Make, Zapier


• Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered chatbots and conversational AI solutions


• Hands-on experience working with LLM-based models (e.g., OpenAI / GPT) and integrating them into production workflows


• Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational flow optimization


• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations


• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, conditional logic, data transformations)


• Familiarity with multi-platform integrations, including CRM, CMS, messaging platforms, and productivity tools


• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable automation solutions


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
