SummaryAgile Product Management serves as the internal voice of the customer. Defines Program Backlog in business terms via program epics and supports epic decomposition into features. Responsible for the scope of work that the Core Systems Platform and its respective Agile Release Train's (ART) will complete, and the vision and roadmap for the Platform. Must be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies. The incumbent owns the output for the Platform. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge but is guided by functional practices and well defined management precedents.
