North Star: Achieve a 2x year-over-year increase in home & auto insurance leads from affiliate partners. Own YouSet’s Affiliate Partnerships Lead the growth of our dynamic network of 70+ affiliate partnersDefine and implement strategies to drive more leads from both new and existing partnersServe as the internal go-to expert for all affiliate partnership opportunitiesUse tools like Trello, RocketReach, LinkedIn, and Calendly to manage workflows and ensure timely executionSet annual and quarterly objectives with senior leadership and consistently work toward achieving themReport directly to the Co-Founder and CEO of the company Sign New Affiliate Partners Identify high-potential partners and stakeholders capable of significantly boosting home and auto lead generation resultsLead outreach, relationship-building, and negotiations to secure and activate new partners every quarterManage the end-to-end onboarding process and all logistical aspects of the affiliate partner launch to ensure a successful startAnalyze results post-launch, test improvements, and collaborate with partners to optimize performanceDevelop affiliate initiatives across major affiliate networks such as Impact, FlexOffers, and others Grow Existing Affiliate Partners Conduct ongoing performance analysis (CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economics) to guide strategic decision makingContinuously test new marketing approaches with affiliate partners to generate better resultsPrioritize and develop top-performing partners through tailored incentive programs that drive and encourage sustained growthOwn the design, automation, and optimization of performance dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with the engineering team to support API and server-to-server integrations, as well as other tech-related tasks Collaborate with the marketing team to provide partners with messaging, branded assets, and campaigns that align with business objectivesServe as the internal affiliate partnership expert, effectively communicating vision, strategy, and performance insights across teams and to senior leadership What type of person are you? Entrepreneurial: You’re proactive, roll up your sleeves, and get things doneResults-oriented: You focus on your objectives and work steadily to achieve themData-driven: You love experimenting, analyzing results and making data-centric decisions Do you have what it takes? 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, primarily in lead generationProven track record managing and optimizing $100k+/month affiliate marketing budgetStrong background in both sales (signing new accounts) and relationship management (growing existing accounts)Strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economicsAdvanced Google Sheets/Excel skillsExcellent written and spoken English; French is a plusTech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms What’s in it for you?
