Advanced Specialist, Marketing - HE EducatorLead global, multi-channel campaigns that bring Pearson’s Higher Education value proposition to life for educators worldwide.About the RoleThe Advanced Specialist, Marketing - HE Educator is responsible for leading the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that communicate Pearson’s Higher Education value proposition to educators globally.This role requires a strategic and creative marketing professional who can deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns, collaborate across regions, and drive measurable results aligned to business objectives.Working closely with regional marketing, product, sales, and martech teams, you will ensure campaigns are globally aligned, locally relevant, and executed to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Campaign Strategy & ExecutionLead the development and execution of global multi-channel campaigns, including “Big Bet” and “Hero” initiativesTranslate business priorities into clear campaign strategies, messaging, and execution plansEnsure alignment between global strategy and local market needsMarket Insight & Customer UnderstandingCollaborate with regional marketing, product, and sales teams to gather market insightsAnalyse customer needs and challenges using data to inform campaign strategy and decision-makingIdentify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagementCampaign Planning & DeliveryOwn campaign launch plans, ensuring alignment across marketing and sales teamsManage campaign kits and frameworks to support structured delivery across regionsBrief internal teams, including Martech, on campaign content, website, and copy requirementsCoordinate with external agencies on content development and campaign execution where requiredCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign executionMaintain strong communication flows with regional teams on campaign progress and reportingDrive alignment across functions to ensure delivery against timelines and objectivesBrand & Content ExcellenceAct as a brand guardian, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines and design standardsSupport the creation of compelling content tailored to educator audiencesEnsure consistency and quality across all campaign outputsPerformance Tracking & ReportingCollaborate with Martech teams to track KPIs and campaign performanceAnalyse results and generate insights to inform optimisation and future campaignsPrepare and present performance reports to key stakeholdersSkills & ExperienceProven experience delivering global, multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to align marketing to business goalsExperience working across cross-functional and international teamsAbility to develop campaigns for both B2B (educators) and D2C (students) audiencesStrong copywriting and content development skillsExperience with marketing tools, analytics, and performance reportingFamiliarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is advantageousExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Pearson?At Pearson, we are the world’s learning company, operating in more than 70 countries.
