This role helps bring portfolio priorities and value propositions to market through campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and momentum across key customer and enrollment moments.Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Digital, and other Marketing partners, you will support campaign planning, messaging, execution, and performance analysis. Success in this role comes from strong campaign execution, customer-focused communication, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business priorities into effective marketing activities.You will play an important role in ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently across channels while helping to optimise performance through data, insights, and continuous improvement.What you'll doSupport the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Career Ready priorities and business objectivesContribute to campaign planning, audience definition, messaging development, channel selection, and success measurementMaintain campaign calendars and plans aligned to enrollment cycles, seasonal priorities, and organisational goalsEnsure campaign activities are coordinated across multiple channels and customer touchpointsPartner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Digital, and Content teams to bring campaign plans to lifeApply portfolio and product value propositions consistently across campaign activities and customer communicationsAdapt messaging for different audiences, customer needs, and stages of the buyer journeyCollaborate with subject matter experts and Product Marketing teams to strengthen campaign positioning and messagingLead the day-to-day planning and execution of assigned marketing campaigns and initiativesManage campaign timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and execution milestonesServe as a key marketing contact for assigned products, programmes, and portfolio initiativesExecute campaigns across email, web, paid media, events, social media, and customer communication channelsCoordinate campaign asset development with Creative, Content, Digital, Product, and Sales teamsMonitor campaign progress and proactively address execution challenges to ensure successful deliveryTrack and analyse campaign performance against established objectives and success measuresIdentify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through targeting, messaging, testing, and optimisationPrepare campaign performance summaries and recommendations for key stakeholdersSupport ongoing testing, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives across marketing activitiesShare campaign insights and best practices to strengthen future marketing programmesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience supporting or executing integrated marketing campaignsExperience working across multiple marketing channels including email, web, digital, social media, paid media, and eventsStrong understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, customer journeys, and performance measurementExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Digital, Brand, and Content functionsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate value propositions effectivelyExperience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, or campaign reporting platforms is advantageousStrong organisational skills, problem-solving capability, and commitment to continuous improvementLocation & working patternThis role offers a flexible Remote working model, with expectations aligned to business and team needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Digital teams while supporting campaigns across the Career Ready portfolio.Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $110,000.This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.Applications will be accepted through July 4th 2026.
