You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create personalized, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue in key accounts.What you'll do at UiPathStrategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for tiered strategic accountsPartner with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and build account plans for strategic accountsCreate personalized marketing campaigns that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeysDesign and implement multi-channel engagement strategies including digital, events, direct mail, and executive engagement working with various stakeholders and departmentsCampaign ManagementOrchestrate integrated campaigns across email, social media, content, events, and advertisingDevelop account-specific content and messaging that resonates with key stakeholders and decision-makersManage campaign budgets and optimize investments across channels for maximum ROITrack and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impactCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with BDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success, Account Executives to align on account strategiesCollaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to develop compelling account-specific assetsPartner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reportingAnalytics & OptimizationEstablish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvementLeverage intent data, engagement metrics, and sales feedback to refine targeting and messagingReport on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attributionWhat you'll bring to the team5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based MarketingProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companiesDeep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense)Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and presentation skillsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role#LI-KS6Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
